December 6, 2021: While questing prior to receiving this key item, my voidstone stock was somewhere in the mid 1,800s. After acquiring it, the Voidwatch Officer told me I have 1,811 in stock. I relogged to see if it would update but it didn't change anything. It seems this item either didn't, or no longer, retroactively affects your voidstone stock. I'm placing this note in the discussion instead of updating the main page, just in case I missed something.
February 15, 2022: I checked my voidstone count, 43. Killed 4 Sallow Seymour and got the KI drop. This would've put me at 39 voidstones after the 4 pops. Checked voidstone count again, and I'm at 51. So at least at lower voidstone counts, you do get retroactive voidstones. -Zenaltra
March 12, 2022: I checked my voidstone count on my old character that had been sitting since 2012, had around 4430 voidstones. Killed 1 Sallow Seymour for the KI. Voidstones jumped to 5990. Not sure what happened with the above person in the 1800s, maybe a glitch. -Zenaltra
