General Notes
  • Placeholder ID is 14A hex (330).
  • NM ID is 14E hex (334).
  • The area is rather large so Wide Scan should be used.
    • Stand on the hill north of the group of seven plam trees near the bottom of (E/F-9) and its the first Damselfly in the group of four between the Snippers and Thread Leeches half way down the list.
    • With Widescan II from a subjob you can generally hit all of the damselfly, but the PH may spawn near the unity pop at (D-8) and not appear in the widescan group of four as a result, depending on where you stand.
  • May spawn as soon as 15 minutes after last ToD, suggesting a true lottery spawn.
  • PH respawns every 5 minutes, but may take as long as 15 minutes to respawn after defeating the Emperor.
