Weapon Base Damage

Weapon Base Damage is the Damage (DMG) number listed on all weapons. For Hand-to-Hand weapons, the Weapon Damage is the number listed on the weapon +3.
Weapon Base Damage is used to calculate the Weapon Rank of each weapon in order to determine the fSTR/fSTR2 portion of the Damage Calculations. A higher Weapon Base Damage naturally yields a higher Weapon Rank and therefore has an impact on the upper and lower caps for fSTR/fSTR2.
