Dancer's healing abilities are named Waltzes. Because these are Job Abilities, their use time is instant but their recasts cannot be lowered using Haste. The recast of Waltzes is through augmented hats from A Moogle Kupo d'Etat (Recast -2), Enchufla (Recast -2) which can be dual-wielded, and Fan Dance Merits which maxed out grant a 20% reduction.

"Curing" Waltzes restore HP to a single target and can be used on anyone inside or outside of alliance, while "Divine" Waltzes are Area of Effect and can only be used on your party. "Healing" Waltz is the only Waltz that does not restore HP, and it instead removes status effects and can only be used on your party.

The amount of HP Cured for each Waltz follows a linear formula, and is multiplied by any Waltz Potency gear present. The slope, M, is halved when Dancer is subbed, meaning that jobs subbing Dancer gain less from VIT and CHR gear in their Waltz sets than Dancers do.

Equation: HP Cured = floor((Waltz Potency gear + Waltz Potency Received) ×floor( M×(User's CHR + Target's VIT) + B + 2*(Waltz Job Point Tiers) ) )

Waltz Potency gear caps at 50%, while Waltz received potency caps at 30%. Also, while Curing Waltzes 1-3 follow the typical HP restored Enmity pattern, Curing Waltzes 4 and 5 have fixed hate exactly like Cure V and Cure VI, respectively.

Waltz Delay Reduction has a different cap for each Waltz listed below.
