Blood Pact Ability Delay
Reduces the reuse delay on Summoner blood pact abilities.
All Blood Pact: Rages and Blood Pact: Wards have a base delay of 60 seconds. Equipment with "Blood Pact Ability Delay -" may be worn when activating a Blood Pact to reduce this recast. The number listed on equipment is the amount of delay reduction in seconds. After issuing the blood pact command, this gear can be exchanged for blood pact damage enhancing gear, maintaining the delay reduction effect while increasing potency. Operating with the total maximum "Blood Pact Ability Delay" (-30) allows the player to use blood pacts twice as often.
Furthermore, as of the July 2016 update[1], Avatar's Favor now provides up to -10s of delay reduction, dependent on the level of Favor. This is an additional reduction to the hard capped -30s.
- Thus, the total maximum delay reduction -40s (or total reduced delay of 20s).
There are four types of Blood Pact Ability Delay with four different caps to the total amount Blood Pact timers may be reduced:
Blood Pact Ability Delay (I)
- Maximum reduction to Blood Pact Ability Delay: -15s
Blood Pact Ability Delay II
- Maximum reduction to Blood Pact Ability Delay: -15s
Blood Pact Ability Delay III
- Maximum reduction to Blood Pact Ability Delay: -10s
- As this is the delay reduction from Job Point Gifts, the maximum delay reduction is the maximum available.
Avatar's Favor's Blood Pact Ability Delay Reduction

- As this is the delay reduction from the Job Ability: Avatar's Favor, the maximum delay reduction is the maximum available.
- The maximum effect is currently unattainable, as the highest tier of Favor (670 skill +4) results in -9s. Prior to 670 skill being attainable, the two highest tiers of Favor were not reducing delay by 2s indicating that those tiers are not being counted toward the delay reduction effect; meaning that higher tiers of Favor would need to be attained (in 3 tiers/-1s) to reach the maximum effect of -10s.

- Regardless of individual caps, Blood Pact: Rages and Blood Pact: Wards may only have their delay be reduced to a maximum of 30s by these three types.
