It is effectively impossible to defeat Antaeus solo without removing Auto-Regen or damage resistance. This NM was created before iLvl. It is possible to overcome without the items if you have enough buffed damage dealers. A single player of any gear level will not be able to solo this without one or more debuff items. Has increased damage dealt unless it is removed with Perforated Wing Uses Trebuchet for substantial, target-center, AoE damage if his target is out of range.
