Notes
- Refresh potency is 2MP/tick
- Once augmented the Rem's Tale Ch.1 cost for reforging is reduced from x10 to x5.
- "Enfeebling Magic duration" extends duration by 3s per merit level, for a maximum of +15s.
- "Magic Accuracy" increases Magic Accuracy by +3 per merit level, for a maximum of +15 magic accuracy.
