- Once augmented the Rem's Tale Ch.4 cost for reforging is reduced from x10 to x5.
- Enhances Enspell Damage by +1 per merit level, for a maximum of +5 damage.
- Increases Accuracy by +3 per merit level, for a maximum of +15 accuracy.
