Notes
- Boosts a random stat for each target it hits.
- Will overwrite itself if the same stat is chosen, even if the duration is lower.
- Does not overwrite Ecliptic Growl. Conversely, if Ecliptic Growl is used while Glittering Ruby's stat bonus is active, only stats that Glittering Ruby has not affected will be affected by Ecliptic Growl.
- Potency is approximately equal to:
- 3 + floor(Level÷5)
