Description:	NPC for Einherjar

Kilusha has two main purposes, both involving Einherjar in the Hazhalm Testing Grounds.

First, she allows you to purchase the Smoldering Lamp required to enter Einherjar for 60,000 gil (this is not purchased through a dialogue option; simply trade 60,000 gil to Kilusha to receive the lamp).

• Reduced to 1,000 Gil with "Rhapsody in Azure".

Second, she allows you to purchase the following equipment and crafting material with ampoules of Therion Ichor won from completing various chambers of Einherjar.
