Note: There is a ticker that ticks every second that reduces her earnings. To change from the T1 to the T2 shop, you need to buy 10,000 Gil+ worth of stuff from her and wait 50min (game day) then buy a little from her again.
Similarly, you need to buy 250,000 Gil+ worth of items from her after she levels up and wait for 50min (game day) again and buy a bunch of stuff from her again so she can level up.
