According to the Freshly Picked Vana'diel #54 Broadcast, no special gardening effect is present on the Mandragora Pot unlike some of the other gardening pots.
The above statement proved to be misconstrued.
According to another post on the official forum, this above statement means that there are no special Moghancement effects with this item. Furthermore, it was confirmed that "Mandragora" related-items are more likely to be harvested with this flowerpot in conjunction with Gardening.
The plant in the picture below is the Fruit Seeds sapling, in case anyone wants to dry them out for a permanent look.
