Notes
- The TP lowering seems to be a total reset of TP on the mob, and even if the sleep misses, the TP reset cannot miss.
- Gives SMN Access to an AoE light based sleep. (Ex. You need to sleep demon NMs)
- Unresisted duration can be at least 35 seconds. (Tested in Brenner)
