Notes
- 10' range as of the Sep 6 2016 Version Update
- Sleeps the monster and gives 2 damage/tick Bio (Status).
- DoTs on the monster before being slept will not cause it to wake, this includes helix spells.
- DoTs applied after the monster is slept that don't do initial damage (like Rasp) will not wake the monster.
- Same tier as Sleepga.
- Unresisted duration of 90 seconds.
- Also works to sleep charmed party members that have a DoT effect on them.
