- Each Storm Spell grants a boost to the associated Base Stat based on the number of merits spent, with an initial +3 to the stat, and +1/Merit level after that, as denoted above.
- has no associated stat, so Voidstorm grants a boost to all stats, but at half the potency of the individual stats' boost from each Merit level.
- e.g. at 1/5 Merits, Voidstorm gives +1.5 to all Base Stats, floored, with +0.5/Merit level after that.
- This makes Voidstorm's stat boost cap at only 4/5 Merits; as, at 5/5, the stat boost is +3.5, and is floored to +3, as denoted above.
- With the Relic Feet Augment, however, a 4/5 Voidstorm grants only +5 to all Stats (+3 +(0.5 × 4 = 2)), while a 5/5 Voidstorm grants +6 (+3.5 +(0.5 × 5 = 2.5)).
- e.g. at 1/5 Merits, Voidstorm gives +1.5 to all Base Stats, floored, with +0.5/Merit level after that.
- The Stat boost is applied to anyone the Scholar casts the Storm Spell on.
