Notes
- Grants your next enfeebling magic spell 100% magic accuracy, however, it will still be subject to forced resist states.
- This job ability will not overcome an enemy's complete immunity to a spell and will have no effect.
- "Resist!" type traits take priority over a Stymie-powered spell and will result in a resist if activated.
- Stymie's effect will end once an enfeebling magic spell is successfully landed or after 60 seconds have elapsed.
