Talk:Attack Boost
Isn't this basically Attack Bonus, and therefore best used as a redirect to that, if used at all? - Loona (talk) 14:48, 10 August 2016 (UTC)
Attack Bonus is a job trait, ideally this page should list all status effects that have the red icon for attack boost.
I was thinking eventually the wiki should have just pages to list ways to increase specific stats overall. Listing things like Attack Bonus, Berserk, Last Resort, Minuet, Indi-Fury, Geo-Fury, Warcry (both war and summoner ones), and any other forums of attack increase that can be obtained. But if this page should work like the defense down page which is only for the defense down status effect, and not ways to weaken defense in general (dia I-III, geo-frailty etc aren't listed because they don't give the defense down status effect).
One benefit to knowing things by status affect is only one method of that status effect can be on at one time, meaning they don't stack. AtrixWolfe (talk) 18:16, 10 August 2016 (UTC)
Loona, Discord.
https://www.bg-wiki.com/bg/User:Funkworkz/sandbox/Status_Effect_List (this is why, attack boost it is, and shall be) --Spicyryan (talk) 00:20, 11 August 2016 (UTC)
I can't always be online at the same time as everyone else, that's what these pages are for.
That list has a bunch of repeated instance of "<stat> Boost", any reason for that? - Loona (talk) 11:43, 11 August 2016 (UTC)
Thats silly, not only am I always there, but you always post on the talk pages when we are online :P I know you don't want to, but talk pages limit dialogue and community disucssion compared to the Discord.
Besides we can see what you left, especially if you @name anyone.
The list is pulled from the .dats is why. We really need to tune up our status pages, but we can lump all the status ones into the existing Attribute Down and Attribute Up pages. --Spicyryan (talk) 17:39, 11 August 2016 (UTC)
