Uncapped for Mithra? False!

In the late WotG era among the English playerbase, there appeared the notion that Blackened Frog and Frog Flambe might give uncapped attack for Mithra. This should probably be confirmed/denied by in-game testing that's not posted to Allakhazam in ye olde times before being added in some form to the main page. This idea does not seem known/supported by the Japanese community. Relevant links for old information:

Tested the NQ and HQ variants of this food and found they give the same caps for attack and ranged attack to Hume and Mithra, with no variance.

For example, here's the HQ numbers:

Mithra:

Primary before: 1030

Primary after: 1110

Ranged before: 1160

Ranged after: 1240

Hume:

Primary before: 1161

Primary after: 1241

Ranged before: 1177

Ranged after: 1257
