Just a question on the Climactic Rudra's set. Maybe I'm thinking wrong but wouldn't crit damage be much more useful than WSD for these sets? As I believe crit damage would have a larger effect on the damage than WSD. Even if they would come out the same (example, 3% crit damage and 3% WSD give the same damage boost) herc should be crit damage since that caps out at 5 on fern and would have more of an effect than DEX so we wouldnt need the taupes either. Like I said maybe I'm looking at it wrong but shouldn't the first priority for Climactic WSs be capping Crit Damage at +100%? Lokixero (talk) 19:28, 11 February 2018 (EST)
- As a DNC main I can say you'd want to balance Crit Damage and WSD

NOTE: All Adhemar pieces are NQ atm and Augmented with Path B: STR DEX ATTACK
That's my Rudra's set. Shifting Neck is a place holder until I finish farming organs and I need to swap STR for DEX on the cape. IIRC the Crit Bonus from Empy Head @ 119 applies to the next 5 attacks unless its a weapon skillso you'd be nearly at crit cap anyway. crit damage cap is what, 30%? And with 119 Empy Head you're at 25% as long as you have Climactic Flourish active --Iminiillusions (talk) 19:56, 11 February 2018 (EST)
- Also with that set, I manage about 45k to 55k Rudra's Storm's at 2,000 TP, 60k to 65k at 3,000 TP With Climactic Flourish and Berserk up. A little more if than those numbers (maybe a 2,000 to 4,000 damage increase) with War Cry up. --Iminiillusions (talk) 20:04, 11 February 2018 (EST)
Crit Damage cap is 100% actually, through job points and traits you have 19% (See Crit. Atk. Bonus and Critical Hit Damage ) , the head brings it to 44%, also for Rudra's Storm the .1 fTP from neck won't really do anything at all. Lokixero (talk) 20:08, 11 February 2018 (EST)
- I also wan't to add that for Crit Damage boost from Empy head it must be equipped when the WS is used.
