To anyone who comes after and is too lazy to Google:
- Cyclone - and only Cyclone out of the weaponskills I tried, including the rest of the
list and also Aeolian Edge - hits it no matter what. This means you have a 1/13 chance of proccing it without waiting for Mighty Strikes. - Teleporting to another Conflux and back makes it go unclaimed, which resets its proc list. Including its red proc.
- It autoattacks so slowly you can teleport even between those, but its spells are even slower if you can't manage that menuing.
So you don't actually have to wait on Mighty Strikes. Just smack it with a Cyclone (recommend Regain atma, or a lazy ranged weapon like Aureole) and if it doesn't proc warp away and back to Conflux #03 and repeat.
