Nowadays this is a super easy duo BLU and GEO (or a BLM). Have Amchuchu or August tank. BLU does CDC > Req for darkness. GEO and BLU MB with earth (or tenebral crush since the BLU only MBs once). Repeat until it is dead in a minute. --Spicyryan (talk) 01:19, 2 June 2016 (UTC)
Defeated using PLD BLU WHM SMN BLM BLM. Not the most ideal setup, but it works. The mob is weak to fire, but earth magic procs it. No clue what the white proc does since it didnt remove his poison aura, or stop him from casting it. I don't think it stopped his Mighty Strikes either. BUT IT DOES SOMETHING!
Have the BLU make self SCs for the BLMs. Ideally you have some form of support for the BLU (instead of SMN) so it can self SC with just weapon skills and not chain affinity.--Spicyryan (talk) 03:14, 28 August 2015 (UTC)
Divine Caress Poisona with Divine Veil or Accession can prevent poison from being reapplied many times (the remaining duration of the fight if your dps is quick enough). Atrixwolfe (talk) 02:09, 2 June 2016 (UTC)
