I did a test with a new mule.
I did 3 basic quests in sandy to get her started (Trust: San d'Oria, Records of Eminence, Unity Concord).
Then I started Only the Best and only traded millioncorns.
And I went back to the fame checker NPC after every stack traded (every 4 trades). I also checked her fame before starting Only the Best.
Here's the break down of her fame.
