My vague memory from L75 Dynamis is that this can only be used by 2H Melee Kindred. I nuked a Kindred BLM from 25% to 0 in Dynamis - Xarc using Dia without seeing it (saw all other moves multiple times) and then a Kindred WAR used it right away. -- Byrthnoth (talk) 17:37, 22 January 2023 (EST)
