Death in ~2 minutes via a pt of 5. Two well geared BLU/RUNs with a WHM, and a GEO and COR. Any 6th member is just extra

Hunters and SAM roll. Topor and Frailty.

Didn't really try to find the precise amount for capping accuracy, but with 1393 with hunters but before topor you will be capped. Probably capped at 1350 or so.

Just an update to how I approach Sarama: It is better to just sub WAR if the WHM doesn't have a gimp barspell. The deeps mang, the DPS.

The biggest threat to the group if the DPS is fine and the WHM can do cures is the AoE Para. Since 99% of WHMs wont be meleeing have them run away and give themselves barblizzard (if they don't have barparalyze then get a new WHM :P) so they can better remove it and not get paralyzed. --Spicyryan (talk) 16:22, 8 March 2016 (UTC)

Support: The most important part in any setup imo
P1 Geo = Attune + Vex + entrust fury or precision (Idris)
P2 Geo = Frailty + Topor
COR = Magus Roll (MDB) + Chaos Roll (Attack)
BRD = Madrigal x2, Minuet, March, Scherzo (RME BRD kept 5 songs up at least half the time if not nearly full time and killed it ~20 times) and haste 1, also spammed finale
DNC = Haste Samba, evasion down steps
WHM = Barfira, Barparalyze, auspice, pro shell ofc, boost-dex

Repeat, never make to 2nd climactic it's always dead first (maybe could do climactic chain 2nd and would be enough time, opening TA helps keep hate on dnc). Fought on tail frequently blue proc'd NM not sure what it did but it standing there doing nothing also made the fight easier. Sublime sushi used, fought in base tp set (not acc or high acc). Confident we could cut down to 5 but a lot of ppl wanted to go so why not 8) Estimate acc to be about same as sovreign behemoth (1350-1450), THF would open with Feint + Conspirator while bubbles being setup and DNC would keep evasion down steps up.

Not a terrible solo without trusts. Complete joke with trusts as a sufficiently geared BLU.

MNK/RUN

MNK/RUN is slower than /WAR but also a way safer approach to beat UNM Sarama. Before the fight get 3000 TP on the mobs around. Then cast two Unda Runes, Barfire, and Barparalyze. Just before popping Sarama call Valiance. In case that Valiance will wear off before Sarama dies, use Vallation. MNK is a great job that can survive the last 10% without any trusts just with self-healing.

After the fight starts, move to the side. I have found Sulfurous Breath more problematic for trusts than Scorching Lash. Still, an unlucky combination (like Firaga V and Scorching Lash in this video) can kill some of them (hopefully at least one healer will survive).

When Saramas HP will come close to 50% pop Mantra and Chi Blast (with at least 1 merit put on it). If it is possible, try to use weapon skills during its howling animation. In a few tries, I noticed that it didn't work with Stoneskin on at Sarama (so Magma Hoplon turns out to be even worse than initially stated), but it will need some more testing, as it could be just my mistake with using WS too early or too late. Weapon skills used were Victory Smite into Shijin Spiral into Victory Smite to make a light skillchain. --22.07.2022 Galakar (talk)
