Quests+
Quests are a good distraction.... I like to take a list from an area and just start clearing them off, one by one. I don't do it much anymore, because I've done most of the fast ones, leaving me with a lot of longer quests. Typically I'll quest when I don't feel like doing anything else, but I want to be online and doing something. I have cleared over 200 of the 500+ quests that exist, which isn't too bad.
