Walkthrough
- Speaking with Owain at the end of the previous quest will reward you with an upgrade to Hyacinth stratum abyssite II and automatically begin this quest.
- Defeat Bismarck in Bibiki Bay, Rift Locations: Map 2 (Purgonorgo Isle) at (F-9), (J-9), or (I-10).
- Fastest transportation is to use Voidwatch Teleportation, otherwise the Manaclipper ferry.
- Return to Owain to complete the quest.
