• Rapture+15:
  • Increases the potency of the next spell cast with Rapture by 15%.
  • Must be worn while casting the spell, not at ability activation.
• Ebullience+15:
  • Increases the damage of the next spell cast with Ebullience by 15%.
  • Must be worn while casting the spell, not at ability activation.
• Regen potency +15%:
  • The Regen increase is applied to the base value before any other bonus, then floored and then +1 is added. This produces values of +1 for Regen I, +2 for Regen II, +4 for Regen III, +5 for Regen IV and +7 for Regen V.

• Set: Augments grimoire
  • Sometimes causes a Quick Magic (instant cast, no recast) proc.
    • This only occurs for spells which are aligned to the currently active grimoire, /
• The set bonus on this armor is activated by wearing two or more pieces of Empyrean Armor +2, Reforged Empyrean Armor, Reforged Empyrean Armor +1, Reforged Empyrean Armor +2, and/or Reforged Empyrean Armor +3. Pieces can mix and match between different tiers of these sets to still gain the set bonus.

• Each separate piece provides an additional +1% chance of activation (minimum +2% from wearing two pieces), up to a maximum of +5%.
