Notes
- This spell reduces the target's accuracy based on player INT - enemy MND with this formula:
- Potency = (1/4)(dINT +80) for dINT > -39; Potency = (1/8)(dINT +120) for dINT <-40; potency caps at 5 and 50.
- The NIN spell Kurayami: Ni and RDM spell Blind II will overwrite Blind; casting Blind when either have already landed on a mob will result in no effect.
- The accuracy decreasing effect from Flash is different than the blind effect from Blind, Blind II, and Kurayami: Ni.
