From FFXI Wiki

General Notes
  • Behemoths are typically Warrior/Thief, with the Elasmoth subspecies as Dark Knight/Thief.
Which begs the question, how do they have MP and use Meteor? It is a mystery.gif

Resistance Notes

  • Skormoth SDT values are based off of the Skirmish version (Snorting Skormoth), and may not be consistent for future implementations.
  • Currently the only non-Skirmish example is Urmahlullu inside Escha - Zi'Tah, which has it's own unique values as an NM, and significantly changes them during combat.
  • Thus it should be assumed that Skormoth are more vulnerable to water in general as a fire-based behemoth, but more examples to test are required.
  • Behemoth and Elasmoth (in this case, Hadhayosh) resistances are seen consistently with only NMs (such as Sarsaok) receiving different values, which is a typical move from SE.
Especially with mobs which have gimmicks like requiring procs, or taking increased or decreased damage types.
