This ability awakens the Seven Points within one’s body, drawing forth life energy. This not only heals the Monk, but cures status effects like Poison and Blind.

- The ability restores HP equal to the character's [ VIT×2+ƒ(Lv,MaxHP) ]×(1+M).
- ƒ(Lv,MaxHP) is a function of the MNK's level and Max HP. If using MNK as a subjob, use the subjob level.
- Estimated to be: (MNK level+1)/5
- 20% of Max HP at level 99
- 15% of Max HP at levels 74~78
- 10% of Max HP at levels 49~53
- 9% of Max HP at levels 44~48
- 7% of Max HP at level 35~38
- M (multiplier) is an additional multiplier added through equipment. Its base value is 0.
- ƒ(Lv,MaxHP) is a function of the MNK's level and Max HP. If using MNK as a subjob, use the subjob level.
- Removes Blind, Poison, and Taint.
- Can be modified by Monk Merit traits:
- Mantra adds a Max HP Up buff to party members.
- Invigorate adds a Regen effect.
- These traits can be enhanced by Relic equipment +2 or Reforged Relic Equipment.
