Nomad Moogles are Moogles that have ventured into the world outside of their residence. They're differentiated from domestic Moogles by their characteristic head wrap and carrying bag. They allow players access to some Mog House features while in areas lacking formal residential areas.

Since Nomad Moogles do not reside in residences, they do not offer these features:

There is also a special Nomad Moogle in Ru'Lude Gardens (H-5) next to Maat which provides:
- General information on Merit Points
- Limit Breaks / Genkai quests for 75-99
- Key items for character progression:
Limit breaker at 75- Heart of the bushin at 96+
- Job breaker at 99
- Master breaker at Job Mastery
However, this exceptional moogle doesn't offer any of the usual nomadic Mog House features.
