Occasionally Quickens Spellcasting

Occasionally Quickens Spellcasting (also known as Quick Magic) is a unique statistic only acquired through equippable gear that allows the wearer to occasionally cast any type of magic instantly with no casting or recast time. This includes black, white, blue, summoning magic, bard songs, and ninjutsu. The percentage value on the stat found on the item description or derived through testing is the activation rate of the instant cast effect (i.e. Occasionally Quickens Spellcasting +3% means spells will cast instantly an additional 3% of the time).
- "Quick Magic" effects cap at a 10% activation rate.
