- WAR/SCH, 14% Slow from Hecatomb Cap/Hecatomb Mittens, Light Arts/Addendum: White/Celerity = 34 second recast
- 60*.9*1.14*.5 = 30.78 X
- 60*.9*.64 = 34.56 O
- 60*.5*1.14 = 34.2 O
- SCH/RDM, 0% Slow/Haste, Light Arts/Addendum: White/Celerity/Weakness = 55 second recast weakened
- 60*.9*1.5*.93 = 75 X
- 60*.5*2*.93 = 55.8 O
So it looks like the recast reduction from Celerity is a further 40% past Light Art's -10%, and it is applied in the same term. Alacrity probably follows the same rules. --Byrthnoth 03:16, 25 June 2011 (EDT)
Raksha of Lakshmi tested Argute Loafer's effects on weakened Reraise on SCH/BLM with no Fast Cast or Haste gear: 48 second recast (60*2*.4=48). This is less useful as information about Recast (unless you like to cast with Slow gear on), and more useful as confirmation of the casting time reduction. --Byrthnoth 12:42, 3 July 2011 (EDT)
