For those soloing for the title in 2024: Vrtra uses Charm a lot. It may be a five-minute cooldown as previously listed if you're not pushing HP thresholds, but you almost certainly are. Here's three in twenty seconds, with timestamps: [1]

DoT it so that it won't start regenerating HP in the 2.5 minutes of Charm if it lands, or have a Trust tank take hate before your first 3k TP WS, or any number of other solutions... but be aware. -Staplerguy (talk) 19:34, 30 November 2024 (UTC)

  • Not entirely certain! All I know is that it did it three times in twenty seconds, each time shortly after a 10k+ Savage Blade (the fourth time, not pictured, I did not resist...) It looked like HP threshold with just that data, but it could just as easily be "in response to very large damage spikes", "will continue to use Charm in short intervals until it successfully charms a PC", or something else I haven't thought of. I just know that it's definitely not "once every five minutes", so I removed that and left everything else alone. -Staplerguy (talk) 19:42, 1 December 2024 (UTC)
