Yaeko Sato

Yaeko Sato (佐藤弥詠子) joined Square at some point in the 1990s. Her first credits were on the games Final Fantasy VIII, Threads of Fate and Vagrant Story where she worked as a planner.
She then wrote the Windurst mission line and Kazham story material for Final Fantasy XI before taking over as the main scenario writer on Chains of Promathia.
She moved on to write for Final Fantasy XII as well as Final Fantasy XIV.
Over the years, she has returned to Final Fantasy XI to write for wrapping up the Fenrir story arc, some Wings of the Goddess contributions, Rhapsodies of Vana'diel (co-written with Yoshitsugu Saito), and The Voracious Resurgence.
