- True Sight aggro range is 30' within an 180° cone.
- Special Attacks: Charm, Sleepga II, Dispelga, Blindga, Bio III, Draw In.
- Charm lasts for 2.5 minutes unresisted.
- Uses standard Wyrm attacks: Cyclone Wing, Absolute Terror, Sable Breath, Horrid Roar, Spike Flail.
- Cyclone Wing has an additional effect of Sleep.
- Attack speed increases below 20% HP.
- Unlike Tiamat, Jormungand and Ouryu, Vrtra does not fly.
- Vrtra can summon up to 6 pets at any one time, 2 each of Pey, Iruci and Airi.
- Pey, Iruci and Airi inherit hate from Vrtra when they are spawned.
- These are summoned approximately every 2 minutes.
- There are a number of Spartoi Warriors and Spartoi Sorcerers in the room which will aggro.
