Voidwatch Purveyor
A category of NPCs whose purpose provide players with ascent items and Voiddust.
Generally, Voidwatch Purveyors are always placed near exits to the field in major cities (and at every field entrance/exit in starter cities), with the exception of those for Ru'Lude Gardens (near the stairs to Upper Jeuno) and Aht Urhgan Whitegate in Serpentking Square.
As a rule of thumb, a purveyor will be alongside any Atmacite Refiner and Voidwatch Officer in the three nations city zones of the past and their present day counterparts, but aside from those six locations the three will never exist in the same zone together: refiners & officers are in RotZ & CoP cities and various field areas, but purveyors are only in the city areas of ToAU, WotG, and the base game.

The first three cells can also be purchased from Voidwatch Officer as a reward for 3000 cruor, but the Jade Cell is unique to Voidwatch Purveyor.
