Walkthrough

Seven Routes

There are many routes you may choose - if you're paying attention to the story, each Naakual is guarding an entrance into the Serpentine Labyrinth.

Here they all are from shortest to longest[1] - remember that you only need to take one:

  1. if you've cleared Yumcax (have Aged Ligneous Naakual crest), via Yorcia Weald through Cirdas Caverns Map 2.
    • This will put you very close to the Home Point on Map 2 when you arrive.
    • Can be painful to clear for new players due to doom.
    • See #Yorcia Weald below for a detailed guide.
  2. if you've cleared Tchakka (have Aged Riptide Naakual crest), via Foret de Hennetiel through Dho Gates Map 2.
    • This Naakual is much easier to clear and it puts you significantly far into the trek.
  3. if you've cleared Hurkan (have Aged Booming Naakual crest), via Marjami Ravine through Woh Gates Map 2.
  4. if you've cleared Achuka (have Aged Firebrand Naakual crest), via Morimar_Basalt_Fields through Moh Gates Map 2.
  5. if you've cleared Colkhab (have Aged Matriarch Naakual crest), via Ceizak Battlegrounds through Sih Gates Map 2. This is the last of the options that put you directly into Ra'Kaznar_Inner_Court.
  6. if you've cleared Kumhau (have Aged Flashfrost Naakual crest), the gate at (D-8) of Woh Gates (Map 1, unlike the others!) will now be traversable, which will take you to Outer Map 2 at (L-8), where you can head to the elevator into Inner at (I-8).
  7. if you've cleared none of them, you need to do the full traversal from the start of Outer Ra'Kaznar (where the Augural Conveyor is and the exit to Kamihr Drifts).


Yorcia Weald

Note: This route may only be taken if you have cleared the Wildskeeper Reive for Yorcia Weald and thus have the Key Item Aged Ligneous Naakual crest Key Item.

  • The shortest path starts at Yorcia Weald (I-11).
    • Head to the Enigmatic Device (Alluvion Skirmish entrance) or Waypoint 2 and head south to the crystal structure ??? (I-11) and warp to Cirdas Caverns (Map 2).
    • Head north and examine the crystal structure at (H-6) to be warped to Ra'Kaznar Inner Court (Map 2).

Marjami Ravine

Note: This route may only be taken if you have cleared the Wildskeeper Reive for Marjami Ravine and thus have the Key Item Aged Booming Naakual crest Key Item.

  • You may have to break a Colonization Reive in Ra'Kaznar Inner Court (Map 1).
  • This route starts at Marjami Ravine (F-11).
    • Proceed to Waypoint 3 and head east the crystal structure ??? to warp to Woh Gates (Map 2).
      • Head south east and climb down the Scalable Area.
      • Hug the right wall towards Lapiniontraps and Lapinions around (E-12), yes it is odd they coexist.
      • On your left will be another Scalable Area, climb up it and examine the crystal structure ??? to be warped to Woh Gates.
    • At (H-9) in Woh Gates, warp to Ra'Kaznar Inner Court.
    • From (D-7) on Map 1, head southeast to (L-10/11), and you will be warped to (L/M-12) on Map 2.
      • Head southwest then north to (K-10). You may have to break a Colonization Reive here.
      • Head north to (K-8), and you will be at the same place as if you had taken the Yorcia Weald Route.
  • Follow the left wall and use the Vertical Transit Device to enter Ra'Kaznar Turris.
  • There is a Home Point next to the entrance (yay!).
  • Head to the bottom and examine the Ominous Postern for a very long cutscene.

Last Route

Note: If you do not have either of the above Naakual crests for their respective zone. Then you'll have to take the "long" (trying to obtain the Naakual crests without a group can and will take longer than choosing this path) route, traversing all of Outer Ra'Kaznar and Ra'Kaznar Inner Court.

  • You will have to pass through 2 Colonization Reives in Outer Ra'Kaznar, and 2 Colonization Reives in Ra'Kaznar Inner Court to get to Ra'Kaznar Turris.
  • Follow the arrows on the Outer Ra'Kaznar maps to the right. You must reach the eastern side of the central Elevator, on Map 2, (I-8).
  • Upon completing your run through Outer Ra'Kaznar, you will arrive at the Inner Court, Map 1 (I-7).
  • Using the marked map connections for Ra'Kaznar Inner Court, proceed to Warp A on Map 1 to reach A on Map 2.
    • Then to D on Map 2, sending you to D Map 1.
    • From D on Map 1 proceed to H.
    • From H on Map 2 to I.
    • From I on Map 1 to J.
  • Finally, after using the J warp you will be right around the corner from the Home Point and zone. Good job surviving this nightmare.
  • Head to the bottom and examine the Ominous Postern for a very long cutscene. (Down through the door by the Home Point, then further down, as down as you can go.)
  1. Note: This distance is measured in terms of walking savings in Ra'Kaznar - basically the opposite of the order you see them as you're traversing the normal way.
